1994-96 Viking FM (Hull) lunchtime/mid morning/breakfast

1996-2010 Trent FM (Nottingham) mid morning & network presenter 30+ stations(Retro Countdown/Sunday Music Cafe) & network contest host

2010-2023 BBC Radio Nottingham mid morning /Saturday breakfast/cover presenter evening show-all 40 BBC local stations

2023-joined Virgin Radio to host weekend breakfast on Virgin Radio 80s Plus and cover on Virgin Radio Anthems/Virgin Radio Chilled

I am also a presenter for Notts TV and currently work on a freelance basis for Nottingham Arena as a PR consultant
